Association Documents

The board of directors meets on the second Thursday of every month at 7:00 pm. Meetings are usually about 1.5 hours long.

Board meetings usually follow this schedule:

Homeowners are welcome to address the board for a maximum of five minutes each at the beginning of each meeting.
After that, the board will consider items on the meeting agenda. The board may invite homeowners to ask questions or offer suggestions or comments on the agenda items. The board can only discuss and/or take action on items that are on the agenda.
The final items on the agenda are usually discussed by the board in "closed session". For privacy reasons no homeowners other than board members and those affected by the closed session agenda items may attend this part of the meeting.
