Use the Clubhouse for Your Next Event!


The clubhouse is great for meetings, parties, birthday parties and more. There's a main room with space for at least 100 people to dine comfortably. A kitchen stove, with refrigerator and microwave is next to the main room, and bathrooms are just down the hall. Several tables and dozens of chairs are included, too.
 

The facility has heat and air conditioning, fresh paint and new tile. Best of all, Smoketree residents can reserve the clubhouse for a fraction of the cost of most similar facilities - just $125.00 plus a $200 refundable deposit.

Then view and print the Clubhouse Application and Agreement are available HERE.  Complete the form, then mail it or deliver it to the property management company along with payment.

 

Read and print the Clubhouse Checklist for reminders about what to do before, during and after your event. The checklist will be used by an association volunteer and/or a property management representative to check the clubhouse before your deposit is returned.
